Do you ever had that day when you are so jaded you broke down and cried.Have you ever had those days when you wake up,reluctantly drag yourself out of the bed and you feel so lifeless. Those days when you refuse to have any human interactions. You don't want to be involve .Those days when you feel so empty in the midst of a crowd. Those dead moments when your mind is drifting away, oblivious to your surroundings. Those moments when no matter how hard you tried, you just can't fathom the reason why you are so sad.You know you cry a lot,and for so many things and reasons. You get upset and cry even over the smallest thing, and stupid things too.But lately ,what you've been crying most is because of people around you. You said, you're not good enough and you think that you will never be.You said,"My best wasn't enough,I get that."
Now,I may not give good advise but what I can tell you is that, experiences that I had taught me to evaluate every situation that hit me.
It taught me that when the unexpected gets dumped on us, don’t waste time.
Don’t figure out how or why it happened. Don’t figure out whose fault it is.
Don’t recriminate.
Don’t work out how to avoid the same mistake next time.
All of that you do later.
Analyze the situation.
Identify the downside. Assess the upside. Plan accordingly.

Sure, there are downsides to everything, but if you’re observant enough, or patient enough,
you’ll find there are upsides to every downfall.

I'm still looking for the upside to my downfall... this is true for me right now, if I could find the upside I might be able to see the good in losing him... there has to be an upside...
